PHX Mail Tools is built on a simple idea: a check is a check. This page explains, in plain English, exactly what happens to your information when you use this site.

What we collect

Nothing about your lookups. When you check a domain, the check runs live against public DNS records. The domain you entered and the report it produced are not stored in any database.
No accounts. This site has no sign-up, so we hold no names, passwords or profiles.
Basic server logs. Like almost every website, our server keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to stop abuse. These logs are not used to build profiles and are not sold.

What we never do

We never sell, rent or share lookup data — there is nothing stored to sell.
We never send marketing email. There is no newsletter and no mailing list.
We never use your lookups to contact you or the domain owner.

Advertising

This site is free and is supported by advertising. Ad partners may use cookies to show and measure ads. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; every tool on this site works the same with cookies blocked.

Third parties

Checks are performed by querying public DNS resolvers with the domain name you entered — the same public information anyone can look up. We do not send them anything else about you.
